Instructions for assembling the CO2 capturing kit
组装二氧化碳甘斯制作工具
1.Unpack all the components from the package

2.Use gloves when you are handling elements from the package - especially nano coated plates
2.操作甘斯包内的组件时需佩戴手套,特别是在接触纳米涂层板的时候。
3.ake one wire, put it into the hole of the zinc plate and twist the wire so that it makes a solid connection between the plate and the wire.
3.将一条导线穿过锌片的小孔,并将其扭结,使之与锌片固定。
4.Put white clips into two holes of zinc plate - in each hole one clip
4.将白色夹子分别穿过每个锌片上的小孔。
5.Take two paper clips and twist them for 180 degrees so that you make a hook from it
5.将两个回形针弯曲180度用于勾住锌片和纳米铜板。
6.Hang a zinc plate to the hooks on the inside of the plastic box. Hooks are attached to the white clips. Adjust the height of the plate so that it is about 2 cm from the bottom of the box.
6.用弯曲的回形针将锌片挂在塑料盒的内侧——回形针直接挂住白色夹子(而不接触锌片)。同时调整悬挂的高度,距离盒子底部大约2cm。
7.Take the second wire, put it into the hole of the nano coated plate and twist the wire so that it makes a solid connection between the plate and the wire (same as in step 3, but with coated plate)
7.将另一条导线穿过纳米铜板上的小孔并扭结,使二者固定(与第三个步骤中的 扭结方式相同)。
8.Put white clips into two holes of the nano coated plate - in each hole one clip (same as in step 4, but with coated plate)

9.Take two paper clips and twist them for 180 degrees so that you make a hook from it (same as in step 5)

10.Hang a nano coated plate to the hooks on the other side, opposite to the zinc plate of the plastic box. Hooks are attached to the white clips. Adjust height of the plate so that it is about 2 cm from the bottom of the box (same as in step 6, but with coated plate)
10.使用新做的回形针将纳米涂层板挂在塑料盒的另一边,与锌片相对放置。回形针挂住白夹子。调节纳米涂层板的高度,距离盒子底部大约2cm(与第六个步骤中的悬挂方式相同)。
11.Connect two wires from each plate together and twist them tightly so that you have a solid connection between two plates.

12.Prepare 5% to 10% salt water solution with sea salt. Filter salt solution with coffee filter.

13.Pour salt water into the container where you have set the plates. Water should be about 1,5 cm below the top of the plates and it should not touch the wire connections to the plates
13.将配置好的盐水倒入安装好锌片和纳米涂层板的容器内。盐水的水位应该低于锌片和纳米涂层板上边缘1.5cm,不能接触到导线连接处。
14.After a few days CO2 GANS will be collected at the bottom of the container. Extract these materials with the syringe from the bottom of the container and put them into the smaller container which is in the kit. Always use gloves when you are extracting and handling GANS material.
14.经过几天的积累,二氧化碳甘斯会在容器底部集中,然后使用注射器收集沉淀在容器底部的二氧化碳甘斯。在你收集甘斯的过程中一直要佩戴手套。
15.After removing material from the container, add salt water so that the level of the water is the same after extraction.
15.收集完二氧化碳甘斯后加入盐水,使盐水的水位恢复。
16.If the production stops, you can exchange the salt water with a new salt solution.
16.如果甘斯停止生成,你可以重新配置盐水,更新盐浓度。
17.If the production stops, you can also repeat the nano coating process one more time. The nano coating process will be shown in the video which has also been published on the internet.
