“ZOOM云会议室”教学现场翻译（以下简称“现场翻译”）：各位晚上好。我在这儿说两句，今天是凯史先生针对中国进行的绿洲教学。我在这里主要是做一些现场概要性的翻译，而主要的翻译是由后面（QQ总群）的团队来进行。这次教学前面一小时是凯史的理论教学，后面主要是中国知识寻求者提问。欢迎大家踊跃提问。现在凯史先生马上就要进行教学了。
凯史：大家好，早上好，中午好，晚上好！无论你在任何时间、任何地方收听我们的教学，首先向各位问好。这是针对中国社区、中国团队的私下的教学，感谢中国凯史基金会组织这次私下的教学，我们给中国听众组织的这次特别教学，也是第一次我来给一个国家教学，凯史基金会以前从来没有这样做过，这也显示了我们对中国凯史事业的重视程度。凯史基金会是搞太空项目的，针对我们已经做的这些年的时间中，能够有一种新的方式来看待太空科技。凯史基金会是一个太空研究组织，我们的教学目的是教授太空相关知识。所以对于那些还不了解凯史基金会工作的、没接触过凯史基金教学的人，在我教学最开始的十到十五分钟，我会给他们讲解一些背景知识和内部消息。
接下来要说的就是当今的科学。今天我们把这种固体燃料或者液态燃料来作为发动机的推动力，或者用物质来创造运动或产生能源。但是如果我们观察宇宙，会发现在宇宙中没有任何地方像我们在这个地球那样使用这个物质燃料来燃烧，或通过电动机那样来使发动机推动物质的运动。
所以，现在凯史基金会对于我们来说，需要做的是去远离人类所制造的燃料和在这个星球上人类所制造的这些装置，而是使用宇宙的那种装置，它可以像星球和行星一样在空中运行，我们所做的一切都要从零开始，我们将会重新定义所有的一切，去研发一些新的燃料和装置系统。这就是凯史基金将要做的事情。所以当开始一项全新的科技，我们都需要重新来思考，重新来设计，并达到我们从没达到的高度，而且在这样做的过程中，与我们之前做事的方式比较起来的话，我们发现很多事情会变得更加简单。
所以，比如，相对于引力来说，我们会用到火箭助推的系统来创建推力，然后我们会燃烧燃料，但是我们所能到达的位置取决于我们所能够携带的燃料。所以，我们的载重更多地取决于我们能装在容器中燃料的多少，我们把它称为在它下面的这个火箭油箱。然后，我们能够远离地球向天空运动的距离，要取决于我们携带的这些燃料的量有多少。但是我们去观察在太空中，这些太阳、地球，还有月球、所有的星球，还有星系的移动、旋转、向任何方向运动，在这些过程中没有燃烧任何的燃料，没有任何储备油箱，就像我们看到的，这在亿万年中都是这样的。
如果你观察地球，你会发现它会自己旋转，地球自转每小时一千六百公里，绕着太阳公转每小时一万公里的，太阳围着银河系转大概是每小时十万公里，银河系本身以每小时一百万公里的速度在旋转。在这个过程中不需要消耗所谓的常见燃料，它有个转速会移动。在整个太阳系乃至整个宇宙中，星系本身也会移动，所有的这些星体中都没有任何的机械，所有这一切都是通过引力——这种人类从没理解过的力来完成的。接一来的这些知识也是我们首先需要解释的。所以，我们需要从这里开始学习，但是不再依赖燃料，就像我们今天所做的那样，因此我们要学会从化石燃料转化到使用这种宇宙运行燃料。这是我们今天要讲述的重要主题。
我们知道这个太阳，它会向外释放能源，还有从环境中吸收这个能量。这和地球是一样的，一方面要吸收场体，而从另外一个方向去释放场体，我们这个太阳和地球都会按照图中所描绘的方向来吸收和释放能量。所以，现在你去观察这个场体力，相当于在两个实体点之间，一个被释放出来，一个被吸收，那么就会变成场体力，那么它会让这两个星球或行星，会保持一定距离并离开，这种分离来自于平衡时引力场体是在太阳上创建出来的这种场体和在地球内部创建出来的磁力引力场，太阳和地球之间，它们的相互作用，使它们保存一个相对恒定的距离，它们是各自产生的，所以引力场使它们在各自的轨道上正常的运转，并保持相对的位置。
所以，我们能够理解这种两个磁铁的分离，是磁力，它来自于这边释放出来，被另外一面所吸收的，比如太阳，同时，磁力和引力的和地球的旋转，现在我们需要找到一种方法，如果我们能够理解这种通过来自于各自的磁力引力场体力来分离和保持的这样一种新太空科技，来创建出空间，距离，和运动，所以我们能看到无论是地球和太阳，都是通过这种向外发射的磁力引力场，来实现自行运转的这样一种方式，我们通过地球和太阳这种通过磁力引力场运动的这种方式，来成为我们现在的凯史基金会的新科技的基础。
但是，同时我们知道，这些实体，每一个都有它们自己的大气环境或防护罩，那么能够保护进入的这些磁体或输出，或者影响他们的工作，我们称之为它的大气环境。无论太阳和地球各自的大气层都可以保护外在物质侵入，也可以避免内部的物质被逃逸出去。
所以，我们采用些许不同的方式来改一下。现在，我们这边有地球，然后我们还创建出来的和我们一样的系统，那么无论在星球的任何地方，我们要做的就是创建出磁引力场体的强度，在这两个飞行系统之间，无论是火箭还是天空飞船，然后地球，我们能创建出这样一个距离，我们能够起飞，并在不同的位置定位，就像我们想去的地方，通过这样一个原理，我们能改变它们的距离，而不需要燃烧任何的燃料。
通过太阳和地球这样一种相对距离关系，我们能够很容易地模拟出这样一种状态，可以通过不适用任何燃料就可以实现物体的运动，比如地球相对位置的变化，达到我们的需要。
在人类的科学中，最大的问题一直都是引力的问题，我们一直都没有理解什么是引力，这就是我们没有办法去研发，因为这对于人类的科学来说一直是一个谜，什么是引力。那么现在，我们已经理解了什么是引力。引力就是把场体引力吸入进来，然后引力就是被吸入的场体。那么这就是我们一直没有理解的，这个场体是如何被吸收进来的。然后，再进一步地通过这个星体之后就变成了这个磁力，然后就变成了整个星球的环境，结合两个场体力，根据我们的实际需要。那么什么是引力，什么是引力场？引力场就相当于这种向内的牵拉力量进入场体内部，这样的力量也需要其他一个场体的配合来形成我们地球表面的大气和这样的生态环境。
所以，我们如何能够很清楚地理解这些，就像我们今天用的磁体来解释一下。下面能否把摄像机拉近一些。那么我们用到环形的磁铁，就像我手中拿到的。你可以理解、能够非常简单地复制宇宙的运行方式，然后，如果你有环形的磁铁，那么基本上可以去模仿宇宙的运行方式。我把它放得很近，这样你就能看得清楚一些。这是非常重要的。
就是说，如果你有环形的磁铁，但是和不同的磁铁（如长方形磁铁）是不一样的。我们把这样的磁铁放在桌面上，我们不知道它是否是磁铁，直到我们允许其他的磁铁和它相互作用，来看一下会发生什么：如果我把一个磁铁放得比较近，另外一个磁铁会移动，那么它需要找到它自己的位置，如地球和太阳，你的地球和你的新的火箭或者新的太空飞船，那么如果你来到一起，它们会完成这个工作。但是，如果你能保持这样一个恒定的同样的的距离，实际上你不需要做任何事，它们能够找到自己的定位。这就是我们所说的磁力引力的定位。当我们有了地球和太阳，它们之间的场体是事先定好的，我们无法改变，已经是几百万年之前的事情了。现在我们有了知识来创建引力、磁力的场体，那么在我们的反应器中它有不同的强度，我们会有这样一个距离，如果你降低它，它会离得更近一些，我们不需要燃烧任何的燃料。所以，我们可以将它运用在太科技中。这是地球的磁引力场体是固定的，但我们的反应器中有了新的燃料，它是我们研发出来的，我们就可以降低它的强度，所以随着我们加强就可以让它跑得更远一些或者更近一些。所以太空科技，有了这些新的知识，就是完全的不一样了。没有任何的燃烧，只是定位的起飞或者降落。如果这是地球，在它的底下，非常简单，你可以增加你的场体力，你可以看到它是如何运动，它会找到它的定位，我们没有任何办法去做任何其它的事情。如果有另外的一个磁体到来，它有不同的强度，你可以看到它有不同的定位，所以，它的场体会从磁体中出来，移到另外一个里面，然后从这边再出来，会移动到另外一个，这样它们就能找到它们的定位。
那么有这样一个磁体之后，那么它从一个物质的状态可以去增加磁铁，让它能够碰触到这个地面，非常小，你可以看到它的距离会改变，它的定位位置会改变，你可以看到它们是如何旋转的，非常简单的，它们会旋转，到一个相互定位的地方。我一旦放到一个地方，会出现这种旋转情况。这种旋转的产生，是通过使用磁力场，而不需要电动机，这就是行星是如何产生的这个旋转。我们创建旋转是匹配磁引力场体在一起。
现在我要朱教授来分析解释一下。
朱教授：刚才凯史先生主要是利用这个非常简单的磁铁的相互作用这样一个原理来表明：在宇宙中基于这种磁引力场之间的相互运转，一个发生变化来导致另外一个相对变化。那么这实际上也是宇宙中一种常见的现象。那么现在我们就利用这样一个基本原理，来作为支持磁引力产生的这样一个重要基础。凯史先生进一步阐述了磁引力产生的来源和基本原理，这里是总结性翻译，需要补充（听写者注：录音中没有）
在这个位置上，它就是一个新的引力飞行器的位置，所以，现在有一个这样非常简单的对引力的理解。引力是通过场体的排斥，通过同样的极出来的。现在我们解开了这个谜，这是它的运行原理，我们所说的磁力引力的定位，它是一个排斥，就是场体力向外，还有什么样的场体力更近了，这是在中心通过同样的材料来完成的（凯史更进一步解释关于磁引力场通过吸收和释放的方式，相互间的这种特性来达到特定的目的。）
所以，现在我们能够理解这个磁引力这种定位的关系，能看到太阳和地球、太阳和木星在星系中所有的定位，当我们能理解这是取决于它们所释放的场体和它们所吸收的场体、它们环境中场体的强度，我们能够理解它们在宇宙中是如何移动的。我们需要在我们的系统中创建出不同的磁引力场体来，然后我们能够定位我们自己到太阳、星系的位置，或者看到行星和月球定位的位置。它的美妙就在于它使得时光旅行相对我们之前所想象的来说显得更加的快速。
现在我们能够理解系统是如何定位的，如何在我们系统的内部创建出这些场体，对于内部来说我们要从宇宙场体的角度来观察，这个宇宙的场体是磁力的场体，还有这种吸收和吸引将会创建出引力，排斥将会创建出磁力。通过这种操纵磁引力场的相对位置，我们可以快速地实现星际旅行，正是因为它的速度如此之快，那么时间的限制将不再存在。
所以，再试着找到新的宇宙的燃料——它是磁力的燃料，我们就需要去创建、去理解在宇宙中材料的结构。为了明白磁引力的产生，我们需要进一步明白物质本身可以借助磁引力场创造出来。
所以，像我们现在在这里所看到的，我们并没有找喷气式飞机燃烧所需要的燃料，我们需要找的燃料是不需要燃烧的。我们找到不同的场体强度来给我们定位，来给我们不同的速度，因为你可以创建出更加强大的场体来移动得更快，并找到新的位置。所以现在，这个目标就是去找到新的场体，这个场体可以通过自由等离子体来完成，这个自由等离子体就是它的燃料。
太阳也是等离子体，中子、电子的属性也是等离子体，地球也是等离子体这样的一个状态。所以我们需要找到这样的材料能够来复制宇宙的单元，在这个星球上，我们所没有的就是物质的状态，我们一直想创造等离子体，就好像是像氮气，它尽管本身是原子态物质，但是它有等离子体的一个属性。我们去观察氢和黄金，这些都是一个非常简约的物质状态。气体也是一样的。它是压缩的，那么唯一的特点是它是紧凑的。那么我需要寻找的就是，我该如何转换这个物质到等离子体中，可以使用它的场体，来创建我们一直希望找到的这个东西，所以，我是核物理学家，我就去看物质是如何能够变成这样的一种状态——就是我们所说的等离子体的场体。
第二部分听写 等离子体-造物
凯史：会有什么物质可以变成等离子体的场体呢？我经过几年的研究，发现最好制造出等离子体的物质就是铜。在这进程中，和铜有关的这些东西都可以带入到制造等离子体的梦想，实现这个梦想。所以，我所做的就非常简单地拿出一个铜导线。如果你返回到凯史基金会最早的网站上，你可以看到网页上有类似这样的铜板。那么，我可以去使用它来创建出等离子体。所以，就是要找到如何去创建这样原子结构。现在，这种结构比较有名，被说成纳米材料，好像是10的负9次方。单个的氢原子有10的负9次方的大小。那么我经过很多年的研究，发现可以制造出纳米材料。在这个星球上，通过很简单的方式，铜在这个混合物中，里面有水和NaOH（烧碱），这个能够制造出足够多的热量。在这样特定的条件下，可以给我们带来纳米材料。大家已经制作过了，单原子铜会变成黑色，就像各位看到过的那样。所以现在我就有了这个材料——纳米铜。然后，再把它放置到一个系统中，烧碱和水能成功地打开这个结构，从分子到原子到纳米的转变。所以，在铜的表层，纳米铜的排列类似这样的结构，就像各位所看到的黑色的纳米涂层，它大概有二万到三万的纳米涂层才能变黑。为什么纳米铜是黑色的呢？可以返回我们之前所学的，就是它的间隙！成千上万的这种间隙，每个都变成了原子，能够创建出间隙，这个间隙在它们之间。如果你有纳米涂层，然后去观察它的间隙，间隙——原子——间隙——原子这样的排列。这个间隙是由之前一样的磁引力场体来决定的。每一个都是由同样的这种关系所决定的。所以，这个间隙在纳米材料之间，就允许这个场体进入，被截留在里面，然后没有东西能被释放出去。所以，因为在这些间隙中，像我们经常说所的，因为没有东西出来，所以纳米铜看起来是黑色的，这就是纯正的纳米材料。99.99%进入的场体都被保留在纳米铜间隙中，并储存起来。那现在，我就成功地利用它们的间隙来……[环宇注：在原视频37分钟20秒外没听清楚[。
这个铜和这个纳米涂层是同样的材料，在科技界从来没有这么做过。相连在它自己身上，然后通过它自己，直接的出现这种情况。它是分子和原子都在同样的这个场上面。所以现在，我们需要一个材料，就是（从元素周期表中可以找到的）一种非常靠近铜的、足够接近铜质量的材料。这样我们能够去牵引它，吸引它。然后把它（就是锌板）放在容器的另外一边，（在容器中）一边是63（铜），另一边是65（锌）。所以，一旦我有了更大的引力去吸引。如果能够去释放这个原子的结构，就像我们所看到的，那么，我就能够自由释放、创建自由等离子体，或者在这里创建一个环境，能够创建磁引力场体乃至于任何其他的场体。如果我放置铜在左边，它也会去完成同样的事情，引力会弱一些。这样，我需要做的就是去加入液体。我就知道，它就需要以钠为基础。这里面就没有任何其他的可能，所以只有氯化钠（食盐）是最好的。这些“细胞”就会被分离出来，然后给它推动力，将它推出来。然后这些“细胞”就变得自由了，然后我就获得了等离子体，这就是我们所称的CUO（氧化铜）或者是CO2(二氧化碳)甘斯。这取决于你在左边放的是铜板还是锌板或者是其他的东西。所以，在一种非常简单方式中，我就成功的去创建了物质从分子的结构到纳米材料，然后到等离子体，乃至于它本身。所以现在我们就有了所希望得到的，它会和这个星球有同样的属性——是一个微缩版的“星球”。那么它也会找到自己的定位，就像太阳和地球找到各自的平衡位置一样。如果你去观察，很多人都做过这些实验。这就是它看上去的样子，这个是CUO（氧化铜）甘斯状态，其原子中自由的。如果你创建了正确的条件，就会变成CO2(二氧化碳)甘斯。所以现在我们就发现，我们所寻求的等离子体可以作为太空的燃烧。从现在开始就是我们在一种形式或一种形态下如何去使用等离子体，哪种类型的等离子体混合在一起来创建一种我们所需要的场体。甘斯就是在纳米状态时的气体。它就像气体是自由的，但是原子是独立的等离子体，所以我们称之甘斯。每一个单个的这些都会相对于另外一个实体有一个定位。这就是它为什么会有间隙的原因。然后如果通过集体的力量，那么把所有的这些场体堆积起来，那我们就会发现它就会创建出自己的场体。然后，如果我们有圆球，在这个圆球中，我们改变里面甘斯的量，那么你就会发现，通过在宇宙中任何地方会被吸引或排斥的定位。所以新的太空科技的燃料，并不在需要燃烧，而是通过物质场体分裂、分离来实现。现在在这么小的一个装置系统中，你就做出同样的空间间隙，它就像地球与你的装置能够把任何东西带到任何地方。因为现在，你所相互作用的场体和它（空间间隙）是很关键的，而不是它的量。因为它取决于这个场体强度。如果有铜、锌或者其他的元素在什么样的强度上，所以，相对于传统燃料，“燃料”和燃料的用量关系发生了改变。现在我们看到非常简单、有效的新的装置，然后就是我们所说的太空人。
朱教授，你掉线了吗？
朱教授：没有。我不会一句一句地翻译，因为背后有团队在翻译。
凯史：所以现在，我们就能理解，发现现在或以后宇宙的燃料或结构是什么、地球的末端为什么没有火箭或结构来助推。我们找到了宇宙的燃料。这就是为什么我们看到地球的末端没有火箭推动它，但是它能在这样快速的状态进行旋转，没有看到这个星球每个月或多少年需要重新“加油”。现在，当你能够理解场体等离子体的运行遵循的规律，你就知道如此大的星球只需要非常少量的一些等离子体就可以旋转运行几百上千万年了，那你就需要理解、能够达到这样一个等离子体状态来创建等离子体。在过去的十到十五年我们就开始从不同的方面对它进行研究。我们可以从气体来做这些事情，就像这一个系统。
babiol，可不可以介绍一下你们系统？

凯史：我们就推出制造了很巨大的圆梯（？），这是其中的一个，这是由伊朗政府帮助我们在8年前在德黑兰做的，我们由气体转换成原子，然后试着去创造等离子体，然后通过运用新的燃料——甘斯，我就彻底改变了游戏，通过不同方式，现在我们可以来工作，就像各位所看到的用到这个反应器，非常非常微缩版的，这个反应器……请摄像师聚焦一下。就像各位可以看到它的大小在改变，因为，它并不是产生燃料的量，而是以场体的强度，以等离子体而放入的，现在我们唯一所要做的就是要去理解如何去使用这个新的燃料来获得我们所需要的。
使用等离子体，是凯史基金会在过去8到10年多所做的事情，我们试着去教学，让尽可能多的人来学习这样一个非常简单的方式来改变燃料，改变科学的一个过程。
现在，到这个阶段，我们看到它并不是铜制的场体，它是不同材质的一个混合，所以我们需要再一次迈进到一个铜制的场体，这就是我们能控制的所称的液态等离子体，我们再一次地放置了这些所有的场体在这个水中。
然后，我们允许再一次把每一个等离子能量能够被转移到水的分子中，现在，我们有一个铜制的场体居于水中，这样现在我们有了新的等离子体，它在结构上是铜制的，有不同强度，这就是我们所说的“液态等离子体”或者“等离子水”。
现在，我们要做的是如何在一个地方去收集这些我们称之为的场体等离子体，而不需要任何的物质。现在我们就达到了这个阶段，就是宇宙所运行的状态，就是目前会在凯史基金会集中教学的。
这是真实的能量能源，我们选择了不同的运用，我们创造了各位所说的斥力场装置——能量装置。这些各位也自己制造过，基本上来说，就是去涂层同样的铜导线。这些是线圈，这些各位也做过，这些装置你有做过。[现在是52；41]
你仔细观察，在前面截面这个中心的地方，我们有铜，那么，我们去纳米涂层，现在你可以看到，这个就是在这个铜上面有效果的线圈，然后，我们就拿这个甘斯，它也是同样的，然后我们把它放在它上面，所以，你的线圈、纳米的单元就已经有了供给，这是等离子体在释放它的能量，然后去搜集利用我们现在所看到的这个地方的这个东西，就是在纳米涂层之间能量的截留，所以我们把能量元带来，他们本身被分离开，连接到这些能量的收集器、吸收器中，这些铜导线能替转能量出来。这样我们把太阳放入到人类的燃料使用中，这就是这些线圈的作用。
所以，在运用中，线圈给我们带来这些场体，我们去观察另外的运用，我们用不同的方式，我们看到放置甘斯到这个瓶子中，我们可以看到这个瓶子的能量来自甘斯。这个能量能促进植物生长，也能够运用到改变健康方面，能够改变肿瘤的大小。或能运用它制作一个新的环境，来让我们去使用。但是非常困难的是如何去证明这些东西是我们所说的效果，那么这样需要花费许多时间。我们看到很多医生来制新的种装置来使用这些线圈，然后，各位看到他们有很多报告，有很多能改变各种各样疾病。我们看到农业方面用到这些甘斯，他们把它放在水里，我们可以看到他们的收获增加了很多倍，而不需要任何的化肥，所以，基本上来说需要两年多的时间能够给我们带来这项技术的可行性，能够让人理解这些是真实的，就是我们所展示的这些。
现在，能让我们所做的就是这些一个方向，就是说去创建一个装置，作为太空科技，这样，能够创建一个场体足够强大，然后，创建出一个相对于地球来说更强的磁力引力的场体，这样，我们能够起飞，运用到很多国家并得以实现，现在，我们所看到的这些材料的状态……如果你在这样一个系统中能够体会看到你没有任何磁动迹象，现在，这（一季？）以及它这个系统的一部分，就像这个磁动现象在磁力场装置运动中在太空科技中是不存在的，然后，我们看到这个场体的保护就像地球一样，这个就像我们的大气层一样，由发射存在的，所以这一次，我们可以安全地在太空中来旅行，那么人们就像在地球上一样可以得到保护，然后我们可以一直获得这样活得吸引力，能够在太空中过上很正常的生活，就因为我们有这种氨基酸的基础。

然后，我们需要去研发出控制系统，我们能够去增加或者降低，能够变得更近或者更远，或我们能够增加防护罩，这个就是我们这项科技今天所取得的一个成就。
戴碧鸥，能不能把摄像机推得更近些，这样能够看到，我可以把它弯一些。
你可以看到他有控制，它有不同的控制，我们把这种星体组合称为等离子星体组合，所以，我们通过集体的力量来研发一个新的概念来控制等离子体，通过等离子来控制，而不是通过任何的机械或者电子的东西控制。
那么，我们现在感兴趣的地方就是作为军方的负责人，还有中国的航空航天部门的负责人，就是我们如何来实现这一点，我们如何来做到没有去破坏环境，而且同时通过能制造出这样一个装置，我们能够带来一种条件，就是说，这些资源、能量资源、水资源就变成无所旁观的模样，它就不再是有任何问题。
从这里到这里，那么让人类走上300万年，那么现在，我们从这里所做的，它是重要的，还是关键的，而它是非常重要的。
如果你能创造这个装置去拓展它的防护罩，你可以去保卫整个的领土，如果你可以去拓展覆盖整个环境的话。在这里人能够生存，有如地球一样的防护罩，这就是我们所称的绿洲装置。绿洲装置就是运用了这项科技在更广大的一个范围。
那么，更美妙之处是，在于我们远离了“负载”这个做法，这样的载重量在此系统中是无关紧要的，那么你在这个系统中创建了怎样的强度，它就会决定你的位置。那么这个里面是有一个或者多少人就没有太大的关系了，你可以在这样一个飞行器或这样一个系统中有这样一些负载。
因为，引力磁力的交纵在这两个系统之间来决定它的定位和它的速度，就是分离的速度。

我们可以来使用已经研发的这项科技，去使用一个单个的装置如何来控制。那么如何来控制它，这里是三个，如果你能正确地使用它，你就能制造一个场体，在不同的环系统中改变不同的场体，能够决定它飞升移动的方向和它的厚度、缓缓的降低，这样在这个系统的部分。

在中国的太空科技中，如果你正确地选择混合物——甘斯、等离子体在这个反应器中，然后能够控制它，那你就发现你能够控制它飞升，不需要燃料，只用几千美元，而不需要上百万元的成本，在原来的太空科技中，要花费成百上千上亿的成本。这是一个非常有利可图的、利润非常丰厚的行业。
需要去控制非常小的一个反应器，它可能比这个小2倍，这样的小球体就已经足够地强大，有更大的质量，但是，同样地，根据它场体的质量就会出现这种改变。
那现在你可以看到，如果想去飞升或者想获得一个住所，你需要去生产上吨的甘斯，我们说在纳米状态下的气体在一种非常简单的情况下，如果你可以使用场体，你就可以非常简单地制造任何东西。因为场体相互作用乃至于系统和环境就会决定它的边界和定位。

现在我们返回，各位到这里来的一个目的是去明白如何去制造绿洲装置。在这个系统的中心放上这种装置，你就制造了一个住所。你可以把它称为“绿洲装置”，那些人军方的代表可以把它叫做“防护罩”、“国防防御”。
你有一个飞行器，你在它的周围创造出场体，你就不会被导弹袭击，也不会被任何东西所摧毁。因为这个东西是动态，它会像地球一样旋转。如果你制作得正确，外来的物体会被反弹出去，它是一个不可见的防护罩，就像地球的大气层，即使是陨石也会被弹射回去，就像是陨石被阻止或拒绝的一种方式，就是宇宙中的灰尘也会被被阻止在外面。如果你能够制作出多层，它以相反的方向旋转，这样就没有任何东西能渗透进入，任何军方的系统都无法渗透其中，因为防护罩是不可见的，它可以阻止无线电波，可以阻止任何东西。这里我们用到了无线电的阻隔。

凯史：这就是我们一直所承诺的要教给中国的组织者，当我们抵达中国最初的3-6个月的时间内，我们会给中国的航空航天部门展示或保证完成太空飞行，让他们实现太空飞行，能够理解这项新的科技，能够到达月球或者更远的地方，最晚是2016年-2017年。现在我们已经理解了很多结构，完成整个的绿洲装置，就是意味着在灾难的时候所需要做的，就是把类似这么大的装置给每个家庭，你能够去激活他的等离子体的状态，他能够创建出他的防护罩，有避难所、有食物、有温暖，还会有他们所需要的比如说水和光亮。所以就是这样一个情况，因为现在已经变得无关紧要去制造它，而是去理解你所制作的是什么。那么各位看到地球就是这样的，那么现在去复制一个微小的地球系统来运行。这就是我们想要做的。我们唯一想要得到的是来自中国政府的保障，就是官方的保障（军方和领导人），就是说这项科技不能够被用去伤害这个星球上的任何一个哪怕是单个的灵魂，不要去伤害他，这是我们在我们合作之间所设立的唯一的一个条件。和中国合作使用我们的技术要带来和平，这样我们才会去支持你们。有很多要教学的内容，中国社区是非常聪明的，这就是为什么来选择通过这种非公开的方式来教学。今天是最基础的，在未来的时候我们将会进入到非常详细的教学，那么你们可以制造出各种装置，是即刻地很快地制造出来。

现场翻译：我们所了解到的用到一些液态的甘斯到球体中，可以用到什么样类型的甘斯在里面，还有它的组成比例，它的总的容量是多少？
凯史：这要取决于你想制造什么？用在什么地方？你可以从这个小的反应器中制造出水，在这个地方制造出水，你用这么大的反应器在这个地方制造出水。你需要去研发这项科技，就是在何时何地都可以得到它。各位都过多地追求物质层面，想去找到某一个地方，就是说实际呢你想找到某一个地方，水在这个地方，但是你却没有看到水是在哪里被创建出来的，因为在你系统中的这个强度就获取到这个位置上，它是你的系统的强度决定了它的位置。

很多次我看到这种情况，你需要研发一些技术来理解什么样的测量，什么样的位置能够给你带来什么材料或者什么样的性能。你是否用的是塑料还是玻璃还是铜，你是否用到了铜的甘斯，或是你认为是铜的甘斯实际上是别的甘斯。我在这里在一个特定的方式下就制造出飞升，几个小时之内就可以制造出来，当在这个地方的装置……大卫可不可以把它报上来？这个是在伊朗在2008年6月制造出来的，那么它就飞升了很多次，使用到了气体还有放射性的材料，就是核材料，那么现在为了让公众都能够学会这项技术，我们现在已经不再使用这种放射性的材料，我们进入到了等离子体中。这样这个技术的制造就变得更加简单，那么人们可以在反应器中去制造出飞升和所有的一切，相当于这样一个大小，非常非常小的量。你是否想把氢的等离子体放到外边界上，在这个等离子体强度的外边界上，还是把它到这个球体的内边界上呢？这样它会变有威力、更加强大，你是否想使用铜或锌作为它的材料？你是否已经看到加纳原子能委员会的一个报告，就是说在上周四凯史基金会在这边也有他们的办公室，在教室里的一个教学中我们已经制造出了水，用到了肥皂这种材料，就是CO2甘斯用到了肥皂，从报告中我们可以看到所有的这些已知的细菌、毒在水中都已经被彻底地完全地去除掉了，你可以看到这些报告，但是作为凯史基金会的科学家给我们的报告上面测试的病毒和埃博拉病毒都是变成了0，非常少量的材料用到了肥皂中，因为你可以看到它有磁引力场体。

太阳系在这个星系中以10万公里每小时的速度旋转，这里面都没有电动机。而场体在这种相互作用下从而产生这种旋转、不同的场体强度，它的引力和磁力的场体与地球在一个特定的级别相互作用。当它的强度降低到物质的状态，我们就看到地球的表层。
第六部分听写 那一片星空

这种相互作用来保持它的表层能够被创建出来，并且保持它的形状，那么就创建出了地球1600公里每小时的转数或运行速度。它是如何被创建出来的呢？是通过场体的相互作用。如果你想创建出装置的旋转，你就可以制作一个装置，它的场体有不同的强度。我们在之前几周的教学中讲过，随着场体试图去追上（或接上），就会在它的内部创建出一个旋转的场体，如果你能控制这个旋转和中心场体的强度，就可以创建出它的防护罩，你就可以创建出一个引力的吸引力，然后你如何来决定它，能够创建出你所喜欢的材料，再利用不同的场体。
这就进入到了健康的部分，我们也不能光来教学，实际上你所需要做的就是创建出引力磁场的梯度，场体为了追上它，会创建出场体的旋转，场体的旋转在它的组成成分就创建出了引力和磁力？？【01:22:12】，就是这两者都能被创建出来。电动机是人造的、人为的，在宇宙中是没有电动机的，你可以看到一些星球每小时旋转成千上万公里，因为场体强度处于很高的一个级别。根据我们的教学，等离子体看上去就好像是这样的一个效果。我们是不是不需要能源供给装置来供给运行绿洲装置呢？是的，不需要！你需要一个装置来激活这个场体的旋转，你要用不同的甘斯来做，来完成这个工作。那么第一个推动力来自于运行这个装置，进入到星系中，如果你愿意的话，你可以启动这个电动机，但是你可以不需要电动机来创建这个场体的相互作用。为了能够制造出绿洲装置，首先你需要2种不同类型的甘斯，或者同样的甘斯要有2种不同的强度，这两者场体的相互作用会创建出一个可见的场体，就像你所称的“防护罩”，你需要去创建出两个场体。在教学中，我们会非常简单地教学，你可以创建一个反应器，然后在其中放置两个线圈，它是90度的相互对立的，有甘斯或纳米涂层，然后在这之中装满了甘斯的材料，当你用最快速度旋转它，这个也用最快速度旋转它，相互作用就给你创造出防护罩，它会给你磁力和引力的一个吸引力。

凯史：我们的目标是针对军方在太空方面的教学，就像我们所说的也是需要世界去听，有些人来自中国军方有些人来自中国航空航天机构，如果你能够理解，在几星期之内中国就能够飞升，应该能够进入到太空，已经拥有了所有的工具。

现场翻译：我看到一个问题很奇怪，就是如何实现空气的循环在绿洲装置中，如何能够获得水的流动，他能够去毁坏你的系统。
凯史：为什么会有这样一种理解呢？这个系统是密封的，没有办法去毁坏它。
现场翻译：空气怎么进来呢，如果你把他密封的话。

Keshe: For example at the moment we use the rocket promotion to create push against gravity and we burn fuel , but are height are position independent how much fuel we use or how much fuel we can carry.

So we understood the principle of gravity and positioning, you see the sun the earth , the sun the Jupiter, the sun in this galaxy all the positioning where it stands it depends on the fields they emit and the fields they absorb and according to the strength in respect to the environment they take the position .Now we understand how to move in the universe , we have to be able to create a variable gravitational magnetic field in our system, then we can position ourselves to the sun, we can put position ourselves to galaxy , we can position ourselves to a planet or the moon. And the beauty with this is the time travel becomes more or less much faster than we know in the rocket business.

凯史:你不用客气，非常希望你们了解为何今天我们要来到中国，而且把你们所有的事情都做好，把中国带向太空这条路是以前跟今年都该完成的任务，对我们来说，让中国生产这些系统来面对各项考验，相较于其他民族来说，价格是最平民的了。(较快速到达)所以这些军事设备与太空设备，可以在我到达后一个月内完成，而唯有在你能充分理解它的系统和科技，并且使用它，你就会进入太空了。而这也是我唯一会给你们的保证。我们与中国政府合作，重点在，这样的科技不是用来征服，而是为人类带来和平的，我在八年前把伊朗带向了太空，然而伊朗也就此停顿了，仍然维持八年前的模样，一点都没有进步，知识也没有继续增加，他们无法继续延续下去了。
多年前，俄国也把武器以及人员带近了太空，就是你们所谓的(Iranian couple?),科技是已经完整了，可是使用上还是要看使用的方式跟目的是用在那个部份。然而对于中国政府而言，是具有领导和平地位的能力的，使用这样的科技来改变它(使世界和平，中国是有能力做到的。)
